Return & Refund Policy
At Ninara, customer satisfaction and product safety are important to us. Because we sell food and grocery products, our return policy is designed to protect the safety and quality of every order.
Food Items
All food, beverages, snacks, pantry items, spices, sweets, canned foods, and grocery products are final sale and cannot be returned for safety reasons.
We cannot accept returns on food items, even if the package is unopened, because we cannot guarantee the storage conditions after delivery.
Non-Food Items
If Ninara sells non-food items, those items may be eligible for return if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Return requests for eligible non-food items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item, missing item, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the shipping box and packing materials
- A photo of the shipping label
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Final Sale Items
Food and grocery products are final sale. Clearance, closeout, promotional, or discounted items may also be final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
