Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time may vary during weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, or unexpected carrier delays.
Shipping Within the USA and Canada
We currently ship orders within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery options will be shown at checkout based on your order and shipping address.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $79 in the USA. Free shipping may not apply to Canadian orders unless clearly stated at checkout.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, customs processing for Canadian orders, and other factors outside of our control. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.
Fresh Inventory
Our products are stocked in U.S. warehouses, which helps us ship faster and keep inventory fresh and ready for our customers.
Heat-Sensitive Products
To protect product quality, some heat-sensitive items may be unavailable for shipping during hot weather or summer months. If an item is not suitable for shipping due to temperature conditions, we may remove it from availability or contact you before shipping.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the package, damaged items, shipping label, and packing materials may be required so we can review the issue and assist you properly.
